ARTISTS’ SCHOOL STUDIO RETREAT
We are happy to introduce to you the art
school’s STUDIO RETREAT. It is available for students and friends of
the Fredericksburg Artists’ School. A lovely gathering place with vintage quirky
charm, antiques, wonderful art and a fully furnished kitchen welcomes
you to come relax and enjoy Fredericksburg and the surrounding
countryside.
The house is a large two bedroom and two
bath early Fredericksburg style cottage. Each bedroom has a king bed
with luxury linens and an en suite bath. There is a large living room
with fireplace and adjoining large dining room and kitchen. A small studio off of the front hallway
offers those who wish to paint are welcome to do so. The studio is
furnished with two easels, lights and a still life stand. There are
also materials and still life objects available to set up a still life
if desired.
The house is located two blocks from
downtown Fredericksburg with shopping and many restaurants nearby.
Amenities include flat screen tv’s in each
bedroom and in the living room with cable and WI-FI .

This is a non smoking facility and no pets
please.
Affordable rates are offered to students and
friends on any weekday or weekend at the same reasonable rate (tax
included).
Rates-$95 each suite-1-2 people.
$175 for both suites
Two night minimum please.
No children under 12 please.

and non pet facility.
Deposit-A deposit of $150 is required at time of booking
and the remaining balance is due and payable by check-in. You may
either send a check or use a credit card, whichever your prefer. Upon
booking a room, you will receive your confirmation paperwork, along with
a map to the property and directions for check in.
Cancellation Policy -Any
cancellations made 10 days or more in advance of your arrival will only
be charged a $25.00 rebooking fee. No exceptions. If you cancel your
reservation fewer than 10 days before arrival or if you fail to arrive
altogether, you will be charged the full amount of your stay unless
someone else rents the room for the night(s) you have reserved it (in
which case you will only be charged the $25.00
