CASA BELLA GUEST HOUSE
This beautifully restored
1930’s home has two wonderfully appointed and furnished bedrooms.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.
Casa Bella has been lovingly decorated in the Tuscan style,
complete with faux finishes in the kitchen, dining room and living room.
The backyard has a beautiful water fountain and sitting area.
Each bedroom is rented separately and will share the kitchen,
living room and dining room with another student.
One bedroom has a king bed and
the second bedroom has a queen bed.
Each bedroom rents for $80 per night for one person for Sunday
through Thursday. A
discounted rate is available to FAS students who want to stay over for
the weekend.

The Post Oak B&B
A beautiful house located about 9 miles from the school.
Situated on 10 acres, the owner is an artist friend who has decorated
the house beautifully. Located in a beautiful setting, enjoy the
horses and dogs on the property. The house has a living room,
dining room, kitchen with refrigerate and microwave. There is a
queen and twin bed and one bath. It rents for $80 per night for
one person and $95 for two persons.
Post Oak is conveniently located three miles from the school.

$150 deposit due at time of
booking and the remaining balance will be due within 45 days of the
class.
The
deposit is non refundable. In the event of cancellation, if the room can
be re rented, a $50 cancellation fee charged and the remaining $100 will be
refunded.
