WE HAVE MOVED::

We are so excited to announce that beginning with the 2007 classes starting on January 8^th we will be holding our classes at our new location at 6260 U.S. 290 east.  This location is about five miles east of Fredericksburg on U.S. 290.  I am enclosing the map to our new location.

The new building is at the Rocky Hill complex of buildings which consist of two art galleries, a wonderful restaurant named August E’s and a winery tasting room, which is a great addition to the compound.  Our building is located at the rear of the complex behind the large courtyard.  It is a new building of about 3,000 square feet and is beautiful.  It will allow for us to have a second class room and we will begin scheduling additional classes there soon.

The building is wonderful and is a great step forward for our 11 year history.  We have a beautiful courtyard and old buildings to paint plus with four acres of land, we have beautiful views of the hills to the north and a pretty pecan orchard to the east.  Very painterly.  We are putting in a full bank of 10 large windows on the north side of the building which when completed by the end of January, will give us an incredible amount of north light into the entire building.  There will be nor more crowded conditions nor lack of great natural lighting.
